Fulfillment Report

Use the Fulfillment Report to see items that have been received to or are available for linked items on a purchase order. Linked orders are orders that have been generated from another application, or generated from purchase requisitions generated from another application. When items that are linked are received on a purchase order the linked transaction is updated with the quantity received. These orders then need to be addressed in the linked application to finish the transaction.

Example: When a purchase order is generated from a sales order and the items are received in the Purchase Order function, the received quantity is put into the Shipped field of the sales order and the status of the order is changed to 'Picked'. This sales order now needs to be verified to invoice the sales order.

This report will show you the items that have been received in the Purchase Order function and now need to have the transactions finished in the source application. This report could be printed first thing each day to list those transactions that have been automatically updated from the purchase order receiving process.

Information for this report will only be populated if you selected 'Yes' to the Use Transaction Link business rule.
